Valerie Hawthorne-Foresyth has worked in the nursing field for 25 years and has strategically climbed the ladder from roles as Certified Nursing Assistant, License Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse. Valerie has mastered the Nurse Executive role and passionately focus in Skilled Nursing Facilities overseeing and directing the overall clinical operation. Her Nurse Leadership experience has afforded others to the pathway of Nurse Management roles as she recruit, train and seek out clinical excellence.

Valerie Hawthorne-Foresyth is also the CEO of “Geneva’s Heart of Grace Health Services” which is under the umbrella of “Valerie Foresyth Nurse Consultant LLC. Geneva’s Heart of Grace has a strong emphasis on managing the cares and services of dementia patients in the privacy of their home. Valerie also has an online clinical training course to assist the graduate nurses with critical thinking and test taking skills for preparation on the state examination test.

Valerie Hawthorne-Foresyth years of educational study includes; Associate of Science at Polk State College and Bachelors of Science at Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is a member of the NationalAssociation for Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She  has been married to her husband Hubert Foresyth for 26 years and is blessed with 4 children and 5 grandchildren.

Valerie is a motivational speaker to young adults and is passionate for the Lord. She believes that it is important to make a positive impact on at least one life daily to fulfill her mission and purpose. She contributes her strength from her mom’s love and dedication to her family.
