Dina Shepherd is a Licensed Practical Nurse and Geriatric Care Manager with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She owned and operated a successful home care agency called Brighton Healthcare at Home for 5 years serving seniors in the states of Georgia and Ohio before transitioning to business consulting, supporting home care and other senior care businesses in the areas of compliance, business development, and specialty program creation.

Dina has successfully supported many businesses across the U.S. through her consulting firm Care Assurance Consulting, in addition, she has now launched a geriatric care management firm, Care Assurance in which she supports seniors in their home environment with care oversight and coordination that allows for them to age in place safely while reducing hospitalization.

Dina has partnered as a co-author and is currently working on her first business-related anthology “Business and Beyond: A Collection of Inspiration for Female Entrepreneurs”.

As of today, Dina lives in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA with her husband Marc Shepherd and their 4 amazing children.
